What is Walking & Nature Coaching?
Walking & Nature Coaching combines the transformative power of coaching conversations with the healing benefits of being in nature. Together, we take coaching out of the office and into the open air, walking side by side in beautiful parks or natural areas.
This approach invites you to:
- Reflect on your thoughts and emotions in a calm and supportive environment.
- Gain clarity on personal or professional challenges.
- Take meaningful steps toward personal growth and balance.
Who is it For?
Are you going through a life transition, experiencing stress or burnout, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself? Walking & Nature Coaching is designed for individuals who want to:
- Gain insight into their current situation.
- Find balance and direction in life.
- Reconnect with themselves and the natural world.
This service is open to all and can be conducted in Dutch, English, or Spanish.
What to Expect
Each coaching program is tailored to your unique needs and goals. A typical program includes:
- Free intake conversation: A 30-minute call to discuss your situation and explore how coaching can help.
- 6 coaching sessions: Each session lasts 2 hours and takes place in nature, walking side by side.
- Personalized approach: Every session is designed around your goals, combining mindfulness exercises, reflective conversations, and actionable steps.
